About the Author
Thomas Seebeck, born 1971, has been a physiotherapist since 1995 and has been running his own clinic in Dinklage (Germany) since 2002. In 2006 he received the Diploma in Osteopathic Therapy from the German Society of Osteopathic Medicine (DGOM), for which he has also been a teacher since 2008. He is the chairman of the German Association for Osteopathic Therapy (DAGOT) and academician of the DGOM. He dedicates his free time to music, amongst other things, classic Chinese medicine, and QiGong and loves windsurfing. He runs self-awareness courses together with his brother, Andreas.

If You Have Back Pain, Read This Book

One of the most frustrating things is going through your daily life with back pain. I can’t tell you how awful it was for me and others who I knew that were in a similar situation. That all changed for me when I stumbled upon this book “Healing Back Pain with Osteopathic Tension Releasing Exercises”.

Once I started reading the book, I was able to apply appropriate exercises and stretches in my daily routine that helped me get rid of all my back pain very quickly. The book offers a great list of different treatments, along with explaining the different problems people encounter with back pain originating from different areas.

The book really helps in detail how to live your life back pain free without having to use painkillers, prescriptions, or even get surgery. That is one of thereasons why I love this book so much is because it provides completely drug-free solutions that are healthy for your body, and provide real results for any kind of back pain problem.

I think this is a great book that will help many different people solve their back pain problems in the most natural and healthy ways possible. And they can do all of it without needing any kind of expensive surgery by following simple easy step by step instructions with different stretches and exercises that you can apply in your daily life.

A Book With Real Back Pain Solutions

After living with severe back pain for a while, I was looking very hard for some solutions when my traditional doctors couldn’t seem to do anything for me. That is when I stumbled upon this book that provides amazing different osteopathic exercises.

Once I started practicing the stretchesdaily that were described in the book, my back pain instantly starting getting better (sometimes within minutes afterwards). I find it hard to believe that this information is not widely known when I know so many people with back pain issues, which would make me think that this kind of treatment (that works) would be given out by the medical profession more often.

I am so very glad I found this book and would strongly recommend it to anyone looking for real back pain solutions. The book is able to do this by showing you how the body is a “self healing” machine that can really fix itself when you are using proper techniques that stimulate the appropriate areas of the nervous system with different exercises.

So if you’re currently suffering from back pain, or want to avoid it in the future, I would most definitely read this book.

Great Advice For Helping & Preventing Back Pain

For many people, back pain is a constant nightmare in their life that they have to deal with, and no matter what they do or doctor they see, they cannot seem to get any kind of relief. Sometimes back pain is something that can only be treated through surgical operations, but this book has really showed me there are so many different options out there that will bring real and genuine results, without having to use drugs or have surgery.

The book is very helpful in talking about how to relieve back pain, and also provides different exercises and tips on how to prevent back pain from happening in the first place, which is incredibly helpful if your in your 20’s, 30’s, and 40’s so you can avoid back problems later in life.

Another good thing about this book is that it teaches you stretching techniques that you only need to do for 2 or 3 minutes, and instantly you start getting back pain relief. So really cool stuff.

Overall, I think this is a great book on how to remedy different back pain problems, and can also help the reader avoid back problems in the future.
