A Sword in The Land

A lot of christian believers came to faith a generation ago as a result of reading Hal Lindsey's "Late Great Planet Earth." As influential as that book was, it doesn't hold the relevance and potential impact that A Sword in the Land does. This book seeks to take today's news headlines of Middle Eastern conflict with prominent groups like Hamas, Hezbollah and The Moslem Brotherhood along studying the diplomatic policies of both the Bush and the present-day Obama administrations, and compares them with Old Testament prophecies in an effort to give teeth to words penned as much as 3 millennia ago. We are told in the Bible to "pray for the peace of Jerusalem." But we need intelligent resources to pray informatively. The Sword in the Land goes a very long way in providing just that.A Sword on the Land: The Islamic World in Bible Prophecy

Pastor Bill Randles is an excellent Bible teacher.

I found this book to be very informative and was a comprehensive book on the issues facing the middle east particularly Israel in the scope of Biblical prophesy. We wonder why wars and rumors of wars are happening in our world, why the middle east is such a hot bed for wars, riots, and upheaval of many governments. We wonder why there is such hatred against Israel and the Jews, why there can be no peace in the middle east. Why is Israel even able to exist with so many countries surrounding it that are hostile? Does God know about this situation and does He care? Does God involve Himself in the affairs of men and nations? We find He certainly does and we find that God is in control. All that is happening in the middle east has been prophesied and every day prophesy is coming to pass. We find that God is sovereign, and He has a plan and purpose for His chosen people. When you read the end of THE BOOK, the Bible, we see that God wins, Jesus Christ is coming again soon. And soon the nations of this world will become the nations of our Holy God and His Christ. Every knee shall bow and ever tongue confess Jesus Christ is Lord to the Glory of God!!! I recommend this book to everyone who is interested in what is happening in the world today!!!

Wake Up Call - Wake Up World!

Ps Bill Randles recently visited our fellowship in Perth, Western Australia and I had the opportunity of sharing with him. In a time that we recognize, through Prophecy, as the "Last Days", when there is a "Great Falling Away".... At this time, G-d is raising up Great Men to Share His Gospel! Ps Bill is one of these Anointed Men of G-d.
What Bill shows us, in a nutshell, is that we are in those Bible predicted Days where "Evil" is "Good", and "Good" is "Evil"!
I could state my political views here, but that would detract from this prayerful work that has The Holy Spirit guiding Each and Every Chapter.
Thanks Bill for this book - I know you will open the door to G-d's Love and to the Hearts of all who do not know Our King and Our Messiah as Lord and Saviour of their Lives!
